Return Policy
Because each of our products is made with care and intention, we do not accept general returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is not to your satisfaction, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To request a return or resolution, email us at themagnetjawn@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable. Returns will be accepted only on a case-by-case basis after review.
Please do not send anything back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Damages or Quality Concerns
We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or not quite right, please contact us right away at themagnetjawn@gmail.com so we can assess the situation and offer the best solution — whether that's a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to product damage or dissatisfaction with quality. This includes changes of mind or general preference.
Additionally, the following items are not eligible for return:
• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Sale items
• Any items not in their original condition due to misuse
Exchanges
We do not process standard exchanges. If your item was approved for return and you’d like something different, please place a new order after your return has been resolved.
Refunds
If a return is approved, we will notify you and process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
